This part of the Smokies is quieter, more natural, and ideal for guests who want a relaxing cabin stay with a creekside/mountain feel. The neighborhood has a rural mountain setting with residential cabins, wooded surroundings, and quiet roads. Guests should expect a slower-paced Smoky Mountain atmosphere rather than a walkable resort-style neighborhood. It is a great fit for families, couples, and groups who want privacy, nature, and easy access to scenic drives, hiking, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park area. Please note that this is a mountain/rural area. Roads may be narrow, curvy, or gravel in places, and cell service can vary depending on carrier. We recommend arriving before dark when possible, especially if this is your first time visiting the property.

The cabin is a convenient home base for exploring the quieter side of the Smokies while still being able to drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Sevierville, hiking areas, restaurants, and scenic drives. Travel times can vary greatly depending on traffic, weather, season, and event weekends, so we recommend allowing extra time when heading into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.
